Shipping policy

NOVA Products GmbH Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped from Germany. Deliveries are handled through UPS, DPB or DHL. All shipments that are sent by NOVA Products GmbH are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery order.



Currently, we ship to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.



We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 5 pm CET. The goods will be ready for dispatch on or after the day following your order.



Depending on the destinations, all orders are handled either by DHL, DPB or UPS. A delivery note will be sent by email once the order is shipped.

NOVA cannot be held liable for any costs or damages related to a delivery delay. All shipments are shipped DAP (Delivery at Place). International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore every buyer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
